A 50-year-old Utah man has been charged with first-degree felony rape after he found a female neighbor unconscious on her front porch and allegedly forced sexual intercourse on her, police said.
Rodger William Kelly told police he was he was trying to warm the 29-year-old woman and "save her life," according to court documents the Salt Lake Tribune obtained.
