Hassan Joho is the Governor to beat when it comes to real Kusema na Kutenda. Without funding from the National Government, He has already acquired state of the art Police cars for Mombasa County.
The new metropolitan cars are fitted with cameras on top where the officer inside can see a distance of 1km away.

Today I unveiled the first ever County Police Vehicles in Mombasa. The Vehicles worth Ksh 2.6 Million each and equipments fitted worth Ksh 0.5 Million includes CCTV system which can zoom to upto 500metres. The vehicles were donated by the M...ombasa Business Community including Ali Punjani, Mr Mukwano, Grain Bulk, My Space Properties, Rising Star Commodities,Toyopet ,Sangani Transporters and the Hassan Joho Foundation among others who pledged to donate 25 more cars and 6 Ambulances to be used in the county, in support of governor Hassan Joho. The County government has not received any budgetary allocation from the National government
