Nduku Kilonzo Now Opts Out of Makueni Senate Race and Promises To Back Kethi Kilonzo

“I had a meeting on Monday night with members of my family including my children, brothers, sisters and close friends. They have advised me that this is not the right time and I am still mourning the loss of my husband. There will be another time,” she said on Tuesday.

What is more, she will throw her full support behind her step-daughter, Kethi Kilonzo, should she decide to jump back into the race for the seat.

Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga Both Lost The Last General Elections: A Poll By Two US Political Scientists Reveal

Courtesy Of Kenya Daily Express
A survey of Kenyan voters exiting polling places for the March 4 election shows a statistical tie between Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga, with both candidates receiving about 41 per cent of the vote.

The so-called exit poll was conducted by two US political scientists and included about 6000 Kenyan voters. The results captured on this video link were released at a Washington think-tank forum on Thursday.
The exit poll showed Mr Odinga receiving 40.9 per cent of votes and Mr Kenyatta 40.6 per cent, with support for other candidates accounting for some of the remainder. Nearly 12 per cent of the Kenyans included in the survey refused to indicate for whom they had voted in the presidential race.
The results represent "a statistical tie" between the two top vote-getters due to the survey's margin of error, the pollsters said. One of the pollsters, Harvard University vitiating professor James Long, acknowledged under sharp questioning from the audience that the margin of error could be as high as three per cent. But even taking account of various statistical uncertainties, Prof Long said, "There is no reasonable assumption that gets either candidate to 50 per cent."

For example, the contention that Mr Kenyatta benefited from a comparatively much higher turnout in Kikuyu-dominated parts of the country was shown through the exit poll to be "a myth," Prof Long declared.
He and his colleague, Prof Clark Gibson of the University of California at San Diego, declined to identify precise causes for the discrepancy between their survey's results and the outcome certified by the Independent Elections and Boundaries Commission.
The official result showed Mr Kenyatta winning slightly more than 50 percent and thus avoiding a second-round runoff.

The pollsters have "no evidence of people stuffing ballots" or buying votes, Prof Long said.
"Why should somebody believe the results of the election are invalid?" a member of the audience asked. Prof Long suggested, "Because people broke the law when they counted votes." Prof Long said at the outset of his presentation at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies that exit polls are "immune" to ballot stuffing or technological breakdowns.
Data from the survey also indicated that both Mr Odinga and Mr Kenyatta enjoyed overwhelming support from their respective ethnic groups. Mr Kenyatta received 83 per cent of the Kikuyu vote, according to the exit poll, while Mr Odinga got 94 per cent of the Luo vote, the survey indicated. Among Kalenjin included in the poll, 74 per cent voted for Mr Kenyatta and 11 percent for Mr Odinga.
For Kamba who took part in the survey, the breakdown was 63 per cent for Mr Odinga and 12 per cent for Mr Kenyatta.
Overall, "there seems to be some loosening of ethnic identification" with particular candidates, Prof Long suggested. In response to a survey question asking participants to name the most important issue behind their choice, most cited either the economy or employment.
Very few voters identified tribalism, land or the cases before the International Criminal Court as the most important issues in the election.

What Next For Hon. Musalia Mudavadi?

Some people claim that Hon. Musalia Mudavadi has been left at a political bus station by some historical poli-entraprenuers. If the way current events continue to unfold, then perhaps one might be tempted to imagine that this could be a reality. I try to compare the Mudavadi on his last Moments while in ODM and the current Mudavadi; the difference is equivalent to day and night.

What Next For Musalia Mudavadi?

Since leaving ODM, Musalia has been portrayed as some ‘project’, a fact that looked real on wordings, but very different practically. Slowly by slowly, the people who were merrying with the Sabatia legislator have started their movements to where they feel at home. The biggest puzzle the whole world is now waiting see Mudavadi solve is seeing his name in the Ballot; come 2013 elections. This is the main agenda which drove him out of ODM.

Will He Succeed?

One thing I like about Musalia Mudavadi is his resilience and persistence. He is one man who follows his heart and all the courses he believes in. Right now, the only way for him through is through the trap set before him. He is still a force to reckon with come 2013 since it is time which judges everything. They way forward for Mudavadi is to be honest with himself; then to access and consolidate his support base. Then out of any inevitable political pact in future, he should bring on board his support base and use it as a bargaining chip.
Mudavadi is one of the very few  Kenyan politicians who cannot be written off come 2013. I bet on this.

The Kenya National Anthem - The Thread That Holds Us Together

Below are the two versions on our National Anthem ( Kiswahili and English Version).
The dreams and aspirations of our forefathers were coined in the wordings of the Anthem.

English Version of The Kenya National Anthem

O God of all creation
Bless this our land and nation
Justice be our shield and defender
May we dwell in unity
Peace and liberty
Plenty be found within our borders.

Let one and all arise
With hearts both strong and true
Service be our earnest endeavour
And our homeland of Kenya
Heritage of splendour
Firm may we stand to defend.

Let all with one accord
In common bond united
Build this our nation together
And the glory of Kenya
The fruit of our labour
Fill every heart with thanksgiving.

The Kiswahili Version Of the Kenya National Anthem.

Ee Mungu nguvu yetu
Ilete baraka kwetu
Haki iwe ngao na mlinzi
Natukae na undugu
Amani na uhuru
Raha tupate na ustawi.

Amkeni ndugu zetu
Tufanye sote bidii
Nasi tujitoe kwa nguvu
Nchi yetu ya Kenya
Tunayoipenda
Tuwe tayari kuilinda.

Natujenge taifa letu
Ee, ndio wajibu wetu
Kenya istahili heshima
Tuungane mikono
Pamoja kazini
Kila siku tuwe na shukrani

God bless Kenya

Hon. Mutava Musyimi recently Joined TNA. And at a TNA's Aspirants Forum at Kasarani, He further reiterated his earlier decision not to vie for the presidential seat. He went public to step down finally from the presidential race in favour of Hon. Uhuru Kenyatta.

Miguna Miguna On Annan

Miguna Miguna responded to the recent Visit by Annan to Kenya in what appeared offensive. In his Exclusive reply via @Blowerswhistle on twitter and the Same Appearing at his face book account;  Miguna At Miguna...... The Details Are Here Below
'MY REPLY TO ANNAN
Rwandans died, Liberians died, Sierra Leones died, Iraqis died, Palestinians died, East Timoris died, Afghanis died, et cetera, under the watch of this hopeless eunuch, as secretary- general of the UN!
Kenyans and Kenya object (to) that pressure, 100 percent! Judicial authority is derived from the people of Kenya; and not from London or Washington D.C. Kenyans will have an opportunity to choose their leaders in a few months.· We must never compromise our dignity as a people and country, at the altar of slavish zombism, whatever the consequences; Kenyans and Kenya will never be ruled through evil scheming and machinations regardless of who is behind such like!·
The ICC must behave and operate within the dictates of fairness, justice, international criminal law, et cetera, and ensure, at all times, to respect the letter and spirit of the Rome Statute and not be at the behest or political whims of a few evil, bitter, envious, jealous, malicious, hateful, and sadistic Western racist neo-imperialists.· 4)
The great people of Kenya must refuse the choice of leader(s) that the Western racist neo-colonialists want to impose on them; the people of Kenya must decide on their own free will; the people of Kenya must be respected, unconditionally;· Let the people decide; let the great people of this great country, Kenya, decide their own destiny; kindly, please let the people decide on the kind of leaders they want! ' .... ..........

The Ugly Side Of Kenyan Politicians

Memories of Zack pushing his wheelchair 3912KM towards South Africa to raise KSh. 250,000,000 to build a Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Center in Nairobi has never left our minds. It was unbelievable that even after such deadly adventure, he was not able to meet the overall goal of raising the Ksh. 25M.
Sadly, just after only five years of sitting on the comfy chairs of parliament that cost Kenyan taxpayers KSh. 84M, These MPs have decided to prepare going home with a sweet send-off package of KSh 2.1Billion !!!!!!!!!! Horrible. This is like looting!!!!
N/B This amount is enough to build 8 Spinal Injury Rehab Centers in Kenya, Train 403 Doctors from Primary School to University, equip 34 Radio Therapy Units, Build Two National Level Referral Hospitals, equip Theatres for 100 Hospitals, Supply Infant Vaccines for 3 years. Its time to These members of parliament stop this madness.
