Police in Mombasa are still holding the 11 girls and a
foreigner who were caught in ‘ dogly act’. The Police have been granted three
days by the resident magistrate to detain the culprits over an alleged case of
exploitation and prostitution.
Initially there were allegations that the sexual act involved
dogs, an assertion that could not be proved at the moment and the police asked
for more time, to conduct comprehensive investigations.

The lawyer for the accused Lumatete Muchai however asked the
court not to grant the investigating officers more time insisting they lacked
evidence to prosecute the suspects.
However, the police explained to the court that they had
confiscated some pornographic material which would aid the police in their
investigation. The accused will appear in court on Monday. (Additional Source Courtesy of Daily Nation).
