Muranga, Kenya: A man who pleaded guilty to a charge of calling his grandfather a dog and shouting in his compound has been jailed for 3 years.
Kelvin Kimani, 18, admitted before senior principal magistrate Martha
Mutuku that on June 1 at Kiunyu in Gatanga, Murang’a county he called
John Chege a dog and made noise in his compound.
Chief inspector Richard Cheruiyot told the court that residents
rushed to Chege’s home when they heard the noise and escorted the
accused to Kiunyu AP post.-The Star
