Shocking: Woman's Private Parts Disappears After Sleeping With Married Man

ZIMBABWE – A 29-year-old Bulawayo woman from Matshobana suburb got the shock of her life when she woke up in the morning and realised that her private parts were missing, it is alleged.

Chipo Sibanda reportedly learnt the hard way in the early hours of 29 April when she visited the toilet but could not urinate upon discovering that her vagina had mysteriously sealed. The woman is said to have nearly collapsed when she noticed that her ‘most sweetness spot’ had mysteriously sealed.

However, a ZImbabwean online publication says it has learnt that Chipo was in the habit of sleeping with married men – a claim which was confirmed by the alleged hubby-snatcher. It is reported that Chipo approached one of the women whose husband had allegedly ‘strayed’ to Chipo’s ‘honey jar’.

A source who stays in Bulawayo’s Matshobana suburb where there incident reportedly took place, said a woman popularly known as Mai Tawanda had previously warned Chipo to stay away from her husband. The source said after the spine-chilling incident, the ‘vaginaless’ woman approached Mai Tawanda and begged for forgiveness.

“She didn’t have a choice in this case but to approach Mai Tawanda and apologise. No one remains calm upon realising that her sexual organ is missing. If she had not approached Mai Tawanda we could be talking about something else,” said a source close to Chipo.

It is reported that Mai Tawanda first thrashed Chipo but much to the surprise of everyone, the bashed woman did not cry. The alleged husband-snatcher was saved by Mai Tawanda’s sister who had been summoned to hear the confession.

“She was set free 3 hours after the beating. She made a promise to Mai Tawanda that she would never see her husband or even come near him. That is when she was told to go to the toilet and check if her organ was back,” she said.

After several attempts to get hold of Chipo, our news crew eventually managed to hook up with the woman who openly revealed that she had learnt a big lesson.

“I am sorry to all women I have wronged. It wasn’t my intention to break their marriages. It (the disappearance of her organ) was so scary and the thought that I couldn’t piss was frightening. I could feel that my bladder was full but I couldn’t do anything,” she said.

Efforts to get a comment from the much dreaded Mai Tawanda proved futile by the time of going to press. : Source Ttumfweko (http://tumfweko.com)

Check How BBC  News Has covered the story so far.

Forty mentally ill patients have escaped from the Mathari Mental Hospital in Kenya's capital, Nairobi, after overpowering guards, police say.

A search has been launched for the patients, some of whom are known to be violent, police told the BBC.

Kenya's Standard newspaper reports that the group escaped from the state hospital after complaining that the medicine given to them was ineffective.

Mathari is the biggest psychiatric hospital in Kenya.

In 2011, rights groups called for an investigation into alleged human rights abuses at the hospital following a CNN documentary "Locked up and Forgotten".

The CNN crew reported that during a visit to the hospital, they found a dead body locked up in a seclusion cell with a patient.

Senior Nairobi police officer Moses Ombati told the BBC the patients had staged a protest, before overpowering guards and escaping.

The hospital reported the escape to police on Sunday, divisional police chief Samuel Anampiu is quoted by the Standard as saying.

"We have all their particulars and including their pictures and that will make it easy for us to identify them," he said. - Source BBC World News (Africa).

All Ministers Elected to Various Positions in The March 4 General Election Ordered To relinguish their Cabinet Posts Immediately

President Kibaki has directed all ministers elected to various positions in the March 4 General Election to relinquish their Cabinet posts immediately. Below is a copy of the letter:
Pursuant to Article 126 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010, His Excellency the President shall appoint a place and date for the 1st sitting of the new House which shall not be more than 30 days after the General Elections held on 4th March, 2013. On the first day of the sitting, the first Order of Business will be Swearing-in of members and election of the Speaker of the National Assembly and the Speaker of the Senate. The date of 1st sitting of Parliament is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, 28th March, 2013.

Under the new constitutional dispensation, one person cannot hold two State Offices. Indeed, all elected persons were contained in a Special Gazette Notice dated 12th March, 2013. In essence, this formalizes the appointment into the elective offices save for the swearing-in.

At the advice of the Hon. Speaker and the Attorney General, His Excellency the President has, therefore, directed that all Ministers and Assistant Ministers who were elected during the recent General Election to the positions of Senators, Governors, Members of the National Assembly or Women Representatives should resign, with immediate effect, so as to qualify to be sworn in by the Clerk of the National Assembly.

In this regard, Ministers/Assistant Ministers who did not compete or qualify for the said elective posts will remain in Government, until the swearing-in of the President and appointment of the new Cabinet Secretaries.

Secondly, your attention is drawn to the provisions of Article 134(2) of the Constitution forbidding the nomination, appointment or dismissal of State or Public Officers during the transition period referred to by the Constitution as the‘period of temporary incumbency’. Consequently, all appointments effected after the 4th March, 2013 are illegal and, therefore, null and void. The appointees and affected State Corporations should be notified accordingly.

Thirdly, by a copy of this letter, Permanent Secretaries/Accounting Officers have today been directed to:

(a) ensure that this directive is implemented immediately; and

(b) ensure, as earlier directed, that all major contracts and payments in excess of Kshs.500,000 are suspended forthwith. Any exemption to this particular directive must be sought from the Office of the President by the Accounting Officer on behalf of the Ministry or the State Corporation/Parastatal concerned.

Please give this matter your urgent and personal attention and confirm full and immediate compliance.

FRANCIS T. KIMEMIA, EGH
PERMANENT SECRETARY, SECRETARY TO
THE CABINET AND HEAD OF PUBLIC SERVICE
